To get to know Brooke a little better, we asked her a few questions.
If you could create your dream meal in KC, where would you get your appetizer, entrée and dessert from?
Okay, I would start with appetizers from Chai Shai (their sampler would do perfectly), then get my entrée from Clay and Fire, and finish with a slice of pistachio pie from Novel.
What's one KC classic product you can't live without?
Yoli's Taco Stand sauce, I put this stuff on EVERYTHING: eggs, tacos, asparagus, pizza, etc.
What would you miss most about our city if you ever moved?
I would miss the Nelson lawn the most, I love taking a blanket and a pizza out there to people watch. I think if you want to have a good feel for KC you should just go out there and watch everyone play around the big shuttlecocks, hehe.
