If you could create your dream meal in KC, where would you get your appetizer, entrée and dessert from?
To kick things off, I would get an Ortiz Taco from Taco Republic, then get a big bowl of Tonkatsu Ramen from Sama Zama as the main event. Then top it all off with a flaky Almond Croissant from Ibis Bakery for dessert!
Where is your favorite place to shop in KC?
I can legitimately spend hours inside Prospero's Books!
What would you do on a staycation in KC?
Now that I live outside of KC, coming back to visit my family is really a true form of vacation for me! When I'm here, I love going on really long morning runs or walks at the Indian Creek Trailhead and then exploring new bakeries around the city!’
