This culinary concept is redefining the Midwestern Table under executive chef John Leach with a rotating menu that celebrates local farmers, ranchers, and unique purveyors. Each menu item is creatively imagined, carefully created, and masterfully executed. With each bite you can taste the white oak burning hearth that is at the heart of each plate, such as the carrot dip made from carrots roasted for over 12 hours in the hearth.
