What's your favorite coffee shop (and drink)?
Monarch Coffee – they have the best aesthetic and more beautiful floral wallpaper around! My favorite drinks there are their iced Malted Milk Lattes and hot Chai Tea Lattes.
If you could live in any Kansas City neighborhood, which one would you choose?
Brookside – I just love the charm, history, architecture, and tree lined streets!
Where's your favorite weekend getaway?
Arkansas! My hubs and I have explored quite a few places in northwest Arkansas and just love the gorgeous scenery, hiking, lakes, and all the unique places to stay. We especially love Bentonville!
You have a Sunday to yourself. How do you spend it?
City Market for flowers and produce for the week, West Bottoms to go antiquing and hunt for vintage paintings, lunch (i.e. chips, queso, and a Diet Dr. Pepper) at Taqueria Mexico, more flower shopping at Family Tree Nursery, a quick Target & Trader Joe’s trip to prep for the week ahead, dinner and laundry at home to cap off the day, and I’m sure some blog photos thrown in there at some point!
If you could take one Kansas City restaurant/bakery/cafe to a deserted island, which one would you choose?
Sushi Mido – unlimited sushi plus an island all to myself? Yes please!
