Claire the Charcutier is the resident charcutier at Geo’s Cheese, a family run shop that has instantly captured the hearts (and stomachs!) of Waldo residents. You can pick her brain in person at the shop, or simply pick up one of her eye-catching cheese boards, ready to make any event or celebration easy. She also leads workshops where clients can hone their own skills– keep an eye on her Instagram to find out all of the fun places she’s hosting classes! Hint: there’s often a winery involved.
