Café Corazón has one of the most extensive seasonal specialty menus in the city– and while they offer plenty to tempt the palette, we’re particularly taken with the adorable presentation of their Eggnog Gingerbread Latte, featuring a tiny gingerbread man perched atop a mountain of whipped cream and sprinkles. For tea lovers, try out their green creation– The Grinch Has a Heart, featuring orange, peppermint and matcha. Both pair beautifully with an alfajor from Pan Caliente!

The beauty of Wild Way’s creations is often in the subtle pairings of their naturally made syrups paired with the tasting notes of espresso– and their latest creation, She Sleighs, perfectly captures our winter culinary dreams. Featuring real poached pears, vanilla and spices, this syrup sings in a latte! Try out the rest of their winter menu to get a feel for the other spices they work with– allspice, cardamom, cloves, star anise, and citrus zest.

Owner Jackie Nguyen and the rest of the fabulously talented team at Cafe Cà Phê have leveled up their classic drink for the holiday season: meet the Peppermint Saigon! All of the Vietnamese flavors you love, made a little more festive with the addition of peppermint. It’s the perfect drink to get us through the long winter while we await the grand opening of their space in Columbus Park. And of course, if you want to help the built-out process along, you can donate to their Go Fund Me here– so we can all sip our Saigons together a little sooner!

Okay, sure, it’s the most Instagram-ed drink in KC during the holidays: but the flavor in this one lives up to the hype! The Candy Cane Forest Mocha features Emissary espresso, white chocolate, peppermint and milk– all served in a candy cane rimmed glass, with a smoked rosemary garnish on top. Yup. It’s as good as it looks.

The Rosemary Mint Mocha has made its debut at all of our coffee locations– from downtown on Baltimore, to the twinkling Plaza lights, to the cozy cabin at Front Range– you can enjoy this one hot or frozen and blended (with whipped cream on top, of course), thanks to Boozy Botanicals wintery rosemary mint syrup. It’s a match made in heaven with chocolate!
